How to set up the Edge start page?

Configuring the start page in the Microsoft Edge browser allows you to make daily interaction with the internet as convenient and fast as possible, saving you from having to manually open the necessary tabs every time. You can configure the program's behavior so that upon startup, an empty page, the session from last time, or specific important web resources with which your workday begins are opened.

To begin the setup, click on the three-dot menu icon in the upper right corner of the program window and select Settings, which opens the full browser parameter control panel. On the left side of the screen, go to the Start, home, and new tabs tab, where all the necessary tools for managing startup scenarios are gathered.

At the top of the opened page, you will see the On startup block, containing three main variants of browser behavior upon startup. You can select the Open the New Tab page option for quick access to the search bar and weather widgets, the Restore tabs from the previous session item to continue work from the same place, or the Open a specific page or pages option with the ability to add the necessary URLs there.

Additionally, you can configure the display of a special home button on the toolbar, which allows you to return to the main site you set at any time with a single click. To do this, specify the home page address in the same settings section and activate the display of the button in the upper left corner next to the forward and back navigation buttons.
