How do I open the Chrome Task Manager?

The Task Manager in the Google Chrome browser is an extremely useful tool for monitoring computer performance and system resources. With its tool, users can easily control how much RAM and CPU resources each individual tab, running extension, or plug-in consumes. This is especially relevant when working on weak computers or when opening a large number of heavy pages, when the device starts to slow down.

There are several simple ways to open this tool, and the fastest of them is using a keyboard shortcut.
