The main thing is to carefully study the instructions on the packaging of the fasteners and strictly follow the maximum load limits.

For light items weighing up to three kilograms, modern adhesive-based solutions are great. You can use high-quality double-sided tape or special Command brand velcro plastic hooks that securely fix to wallpaper or paint. When dismantling, such devices are easily removed without leaving sticky marks or surface damage.

For pictures with an average weight of up to seven kilograms, it is recommended to use the so-called "spider hook". It is a plastic base with several thin steel teeth that are easily driven into a concrete or brick wall with a regular hammer without prior drilling. For the convenience of leveling the stretcher frame, you can stretch a strong thread between two such hooks.

If you plan to hang a picture on a concrete wall using liquid nails, remember the consequences of such installation. This method provides maximum strength, but removing the picture without serious damage to the wallpaper or plaster will no longer work. Therefore, for heavy, massive canvases, it is still recommended to use traditional drilling and dowels.
