How to help with seizures?
Answer
•Lay the person safely.
•Place a soft object under the head.
•DO NOT hold them down, do not put anything in their mouth.
•Turn onto the side afterward.
•Time the seizure.
•Call an ambulance if >5 minutes or if seizures repeat.
