How to set up the Vivaldi Sync ecosystem for data protection?

Vivaldi Sync is an end-to-end data synchronization tool between all your devices, designed with a focus on user privacy and information security. Unlike many competitors, user data is encrypted client-side using a special encryption password.

To start working with the feature, open the browser settings and go to the dedicated Sync section, where you will be prompted to log in to your Vivaldi Accounts or register a new profile. After authorization, you can choose exactly which types of data are subject to synchronization: tabs, bookmarks, saved passwords, history, typing history, settings, and even notes.
